SUBPROCESSORS
My Trusted Share Pte Ltd
v1.3 · Effective: 29 September 2026
What this page is
My Trusted Share uses third-party service providers — our Suppliers. Some of them process personal data on our behalf, and those are our subprocessors.
This page lists them. It is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement, and we keep it current.
This list is updated before we engage a new or replacement Subprocessor. Where data protection law requires us to notify you of such a change and give you an opportunity to object, we give at least fourteen (14) days’ notice in writing — see clause 9.3 of the Data Processing Agreement.
A note on the word “Vendor”: it is the term our platform uses for our customers — businesses that run referral campaigns. It does not mean a supplier to MTS.

How we manage them
We take reasonable steps to use subprocessors that are subject to data protection obligations covering their processing of personal data, whether under their own published data protection terms or terms agreed with us. We also seek to ensure that each subprocessor is:
- assessed before engagement for security and data protection posture
- limited to the data necessary for their function
- covered by an appropriate transfer mechanism where they process data outside its origin jurisdiction
Our responsibility for subprocessors is as set out in clause 9 of the Data Processing Agreement.
Other service providers
These suppliers never receive Vendor lead data, so they are not Subprocessors. The objection right in clause 9.3 of our Data Processing Agreement does not apply to them.

Objecting to a change
Where data protection law gives you the right to object to a new Subprocessor, you may do so on reasonable data protection grounds before the change takes effect, as set out in clause 9.3 of the Data Processing Agreement. Write to dpo@mytrustedshare.com.
