Platform Terms of Use

My Trusted Share Pte Ltd

v1.0 · Effective: 12 August 2026

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Platform Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Trusted Share platform, websites and applications (together, the "Platform"), operated by My Trusted Share Pte Ltd (UEN 201634648K), registered at 14 Robinson Road, #08-01A, Far East Finance Building, Singapore 048545 ("MTS", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Platform. Depending on what you do, additional terms may also apply:

If you are

These Terms apply, plus

A visitor browsing our website

Nothing further

A User with a free account

Nothing further

A Referral Partner who has joined a campaign

The Referral Partner Terms

A Vendor running campaigns

The Vendor Agreement and the Data Processing Agreement

Where an additional document conflicts with these Terms, that document prevails for that role.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

2. WHAT MTS IS

MTS operates a referral management system — software that helps businesses run their own referral programmes, and helps people who refer business track their referrals.

MTS is a technology provider. We are not a party to the commercial relationships formed through the Platform. We do not sell the products or services promoted through Campaigns, we do not set or pay referral rewards, and we do not act as agent for any Vendor or Referral Partner.

3. DEFINITIONS

"Account" — your registered account on the Platform.

"Campaign" — a referral programme created by a Vendor.

"Content" — any material submitted, uploaded, posted or transmitted to the Platform.

"Referral Partner" — a User who has joined a Vendor's Campaign. Governed additionally by the Referral Partner Terms.

"User", "you" — any person or entity that accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not registered.

"Vendor" — a business subscribing to run Campaigns. Governed additionally by the Vendor Agreement.

4. YOUR ACCOUNT

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. The Platform is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has registered, contact dpo@mytrustedshare.com.

4.2 Registration

Provide accurate, current and complete information, and keep it updated. Do not register using someone else's identity, or a name you are not entitled to use.

4.3 A free Account

You may hold a free Account without being a Vendor or a Referral Partner. A free Account lets you access the Platform, manage your profile, and join Campaigns if and when you choose. Holding an Account does not make you a Referral Partner and gives you no entitlement to any reward.

4.4 Account security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your Account. Do not share your login. Notify us immediately at support@mytrustedshare.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require a password reset or suspend an Account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised.

4.5 One Account per person

Do not maintain multiple Accounts to circumvent these Terms, evade a suspension, or obtain benefits you would not otherwise receive.

4.6 Deleting your Account

You may delete your Account at any time using the Delete Account function in your account settings. For your security, deletion is self-service: only someone signed in to the Account can delete it, and we do not delete Accounts on request by email or any other channel. If you cannot sign in, recover access first — use the password reset on the sign-in page, or contact support@mytrustedshare.com if you have also lost access to your account email address — then delete your Account. In these Terms, deleting an Account means the same as closing, deactivating or removing an Account. If you are a Vendor, cancelling or terminating your Subscription is a separate matter, governed by the Vendor Agreement: it stops your Subscription from renewing, but does not delete your Account. Both actions are self-service and are completed by you.

If your Account has an active Subscription, the Subscription must be cancelled in accordance with the Vendor Agreement before the Account can be deleted. Deleting an Account is not a way of cancelling a Subscription. Deletion does not entitle you to any refund, and any remaining paid access is forfeited.

Deletion is permanent. A deleted Account cannot be restored. When you delete your Account, your access ends, your participation in any Campaign ends, your referral links stop working, and referral and reward statuses are no longer displayed to you. We delete the personal data we hold about you as an account holder, except where we are required or permitted to retain records — our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why. Your data protection rights, including the right to request erasure of your personal data, are described there and are separate from deleting your Account.

Deleting your Account does not by itself terminate any obligation between you and a Vendor: anything a Vendor owes you, or you owe a Vendor, remains a matter between you and them. You may register a new Account later using the same email address, but a new Account starts fresh — no data, history, memberships or statuses from a deleted Account are transferred or restored.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary, you must not:

6. CONTENT

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of Content you submit. You grant MTS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and display it, solely to operate and support the Platform.

6.2 Your responsibility

You are responsible for your Content. You warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit it, and that it does not infringe any third party rights, breach any law, or contain personal data you are not entitled to share.

6.3 Our rights

We do not routinely monitor Content. We may, at our sole discretion and without obligation, remove or disable access to Content we reasonably consider breaches these Terms or the law.

6.4 Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely, without obligation or compensation to you.

7. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MTS and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, text, graphics, logos and documentation. "My Trusted Share" and our logo are our trade marks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them except as expressly permitted.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

8. THIRD PARTIES

8.1 Vendors and Campaigns

Content, offers, rewards and Campaign Rules published by Vendors are the Vendor's, not ours. We do not verify, endorse or guarantee any Vendor, product, service, offer or reward. Your dealings with a Vendor are between you and them.

8.2 Links

The Platform may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for them.

8.3 Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party infrastructure and services. We are not liable for their failure or unavailability, though we remain responsible for our own obligations under these Terms.

9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

9.1 We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, security or reasons beyond our control.

9.2 We may change, add to, or discontinue features at any time as we develop and improve the Platform.

10. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

10.1 We may, at our sole discretion and without any obligation to do so, suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any incorporated document, are using the Platform unlawfully, or are creating risk for MTS, other Users or third parties.

10.2 Where practicable and lawful, we will tell you why, and you may respond to support@mytrustedshare.com.

10.3 These are rights, not duties. We owe no person a duty to exercise them, and a decision not to act is not a waiver or an assumption of responsibility.

10.4 Clauses 6.2, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14 survive termination.

11. DISCLAIMERS

11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you retain all rights given to you by mandatory law.

11.2 Subject to 11.1, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy.

11.3 We do not guarantee any referrals, leads, customers, rewards, revenue or results. Figures shown in our marketing, and interface images on our website, are illustrative only.

12. LIABILITY

12.1 Subject to clause 11.1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.

12.2 Subject to clause 11.1, our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms is limited to:

12.3 We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any Vendor, Referral Partner or other User, including any failure to pay a referral reward.

13. INDEMNITY

You will indemnify us against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your Content, your use of the Platform, or your infringement of any third party's rights. This clause does not apply to you if you are acting as a consumer.

14. GENERAL

Changes to these Terms. We may amend these Terms. For material changes we will give at least thirty (30) days' notice by email and in the Platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Previous versions are retained and are available on request from legal@mytrustedshare.com.

Governing law. Singapore. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

Jurisdiction. Subject to the above, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.

Assignment. You may not assign. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Third party rights. No person who is not a party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001, except as expressly stated.

Notices. To you: your Account email. To us: legal@mytrustedshare.com or our registered address.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.

Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues.

Waiver. No failure to enforce is a waiver.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents incorporated into them are the entire agreement between us regarding the Platform.
